An executive with more than two decades of operations and technology experience, Edward joined Avenues in 2016 to lead the information systems and technology team. As chief information officer, he successfully transformed critical digital infrastructure to support Avenues’ global expansion. In 2021, Edward was promoted to chief operating officer, expanding his leadership beyond technology to include admissions and enrollment management, creative, marketing, and communications.

Prior to joining Avenues, Edward worked at global management consulting firm Oliver Wyman, where he led the firm’s Project Management Office along with other key technology functions. In his first position out of college with Walt Disney World he was awarded a service excellence award for management.

Edward graduated from Cornell University with a B.S. degree in operations management and marketing and attended the University of Pennsylvania where he earned an engineering degree in the management of technology, co-sponsored by the Wharton School and the School of Engineering.
